Crinkle, Rockband and Ruhepol are joining each other and inviting you for an evening focusing on songwriting. Together they will interpret and perform songs from each other's catalogue, old and new, electric and acoustic. The music will be presented from the floor in the joyful environment of turkis, so you can come close and have a good time with us.
Live Elektroniks is a concert series created in collaboration between Aarhus Lydforening and local venues, supporting Denmark-based artists and showcasing live electronic music in Aarhus. As part of the project we invite ALF member artists to curate their own lineup and perform alongside them.
ARTISTS
Crinkle (Sara): Crinkle is my first attempt at writing and performing music that I share with others. The music revolves around improvisation, loops, space, and the attempt to break free from specific ideas about how things should and must be done. This concert will be the first one I play as Crinkle, and I’m nervous and excited—but very happy to be doing it with two friends.
Rockband (Andy): Rockband - Is the name of a bedroom-pop project, released on cassettape, made by friends for friends.
Ruhepol (Frede): Songs made about bugs, the environment and your best friend. Driven by fuzzy guitarstrings and the voice of a blue bird.
